I offer traditional talk therapy, EMDR, and somatic (body-based) therapy methods to help you feel whole again. In our sessions together, we will focus on who you are and what works for you. We work together to build awareness, effective coping skills, a strong sense of self, emotional regulation, effective communication skills, and a sense of empowerment.
