Life can be chaotic and stressful. As a therapist, my passion is helping clients create more peace & presence in their stressful lives so that they can tap into their intuition and connect to their authentic selves. Through collaborative work and an emphasis on mind-body connection, I support clients as they explore their deepest pains, longings, & hopes. Through this reflective work, we can view our obstacles with new eyes, implement effective coping skills, cultivate mindfulness practices, & create change.
I personalize my approach to meet you right where you are. I work with clients on self-awareness, embodiment, & mindfulness. Other areas in which I specialize include women’s issues, relationship struggles, life transitions, & grief. I aim to create a safe non-judgemental space where you can learn to love yourself, even the parts that feel unloveable.
Utilizing a person-centered approach, I work with clients to find their voice & better understand their story. I believe we all possess the inner wisdom that is required for healing. It is an honor to walk alongside you on this journey.
