Whether you're struggling with patterns of codependency, difficulty in establishing boundaries, ineffective communication, or finding it challenging to trust and connect with people in your life, I will provide guidance and tools to cultivate authentic, fulfilling connections.
I also support individuals with Binge Eating Disorder. My approach is nonjudgmental, recognizing the complex interplay between emotional, & societal factors. Having worked at eating disorder clinics throughout my years of practice, I utilize CBT to decrease the frequency of overeating, as well as cultivating a healthier relationship with food & body.
I currently work with clients via telehealth in both Michigan and Illinois and am able to see clients in person in the Metro Detroit area.
