Do you want to make changes in your life and are not sure where to start? You are not alone, and I'm here to help. Finding a therapist when you are struggling can be overwhelming. I am a warm, compassionate, open-minded therapist, who works collaboratively with you to nurture personal growth and healing. Therapy can help you to move forward, building resilience, gaining new insights, abilities, and a better sense of yourself. I will partner with you to discover your strengths, practice new coping strategies, and shift old patterns that no longer serve you.
Clients include:healthcare workers, particularly doctors & therapists, people experiencing life transitions, work/health stressors, seeking personal growth & those wanting to learn about and/or integrate psychedelic experiences.Sand tray therapy is a tool we can use to help access/process unconscious material to facilitate changing old patterns/perspectives.
I believe we are all dynamic beings who need help at times, so it's not about finding a diagnosis, it's about finding relief from suffering & increasing a sense of well-being. Therapy can help you to move forward, building resilience, gaining new insights, abilities, & a better sense of yourself. I work with and welcome neurodiverse individuals.
