I work with people who are coping with trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and stress from various life changes or challenges. I believe that therapy should be an accessible and welcoming experience! I use Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS Institute Level 2 trained), Brainspotting and Motivational Interviewing to support the different parts of my clients as they seek to make changes in their lives.
