Hey there! I’m Bethany, and I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate (LPCA). My approach to counseling is client-centered, and I adapt my methods to align with the strengths and values of each individual. I rely on several evidence-based strategies to help clients develop effective coping and problem-solving skills, including motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
