The work closest to my heart is with couples and helping to mend relationships. I prioritize communication and transparency in therapy to help clarify mixed emotions and reduce confusion. I use evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, experiential, trauma-focused, emotion-focused therapy, and Gottman practices.
It takes an amazing amount of bravery and humility to seek out a therapist. It is ok to not be ok. Often, people struggle to slow down and think about who they are and who they want to be.
