My framework for practice comes from a relational and psychodynamic lens, allowing us to discuss the current burdens or challenges you face, while also looking at how our past impacts us currently. By looking at deeply held beliefs and motivations, we can often gain better understanding of why we do what we do.
In our therapy, you can expect compassion and empathy, while exploring ways for you to grow and learn more about yourself, allowing you to achieve healing from past hurts and strengthen relationships.
