Bethany is specialized in this client population via years of practice experience as well as completion of advanced psychotherapy training in perinatal mental health (PMADs) through Postpartum Support International (PSI).
Bethany provides services to individuals seeking support for adjusting to and managing through pregnancy and transition to parenthood as well as healing from perinatal mood disorders (PMADS). She also constantly seeks to combine her background in nutrition with her therapy practice through the integration of this as an element of addressing holistic health.
Along with parenthood often comes a re-evaluation of our relationship with everything and everyone around us - including ourselves!
