I am a licensed marriage and family therapist trained to work with many different client dynamics--individuas, couples and families. I typically incorporate Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, relaxation/stress reduction and humor into my work. When working with children I also incorporate art and play therapy.
I work with clients who are struggling with communication skills, relational issues, everyday life stressors, self esteem and emotional regulation issues (most commonly depression and anxiety). I provide a comfortable environment for my clients to help explore, identify and developed the skills necessary to resolve the issues that they are struggling with.
