Hi there, I’m Bethany! My passion lies at the intersection of reproductive and mental health. Clients come to me with experiences of pregnancy loss, infertility, sexual violence, birth trauma, postpartum depression, reproductive health disorders, and more. Many feel dismissed by their doctors and are seeking a space to be heard, validated, and supported. I proudly welcome folks traditionally left out of birth conversations, especially members of the LGBTQIA+, poly, kink, BIPOC, disability, and health at every size communities.
My style is warm, authentic, and inquisitive. During our time together, we’ll nurture the mind-body connection, fostering a greater sense of self-awareness and deepening your relationship with yourself. As we deconstruct old, counterproductive narratives, we’ll weave together a new story that will guide your healing.
I value curiosity, connection, and self-compassion. I believe in the power of intuition and think clients always belong in the driver’s seat.
