Hi there! I’m Bethany, a dedicated advocate with a passion for empowering folks in overcoming trauma and navigating life transitions. My clients are people whose bodies have stories needing to be told: folks with complex trauma, experiences of sexual violence, and chronic illness. I support people during major events throughout the reproductive continuum: miscarriage/stillbirth, infertility, abortion, difficult pregnancies, traumatic birth, postpartum, and more. I proudly welcome folks of all identities, especially members of the LGBTQIA+, poly, kink, BIPOC, disability, and health at every size communities.
My style is warm, compassionate, and inquisitive. I view my clients as experts on their own experiences and allow them to lead our journey. I approach therapy through an empowerment model, examining the impact of societal factors on each person’s well-being while helping them make changes within their reach.
