I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy techniques to help you achieve your goals.
In our first session, we will take time to get to know each other and figure out if we are a good match. We will dive into the challenges you are facing. This will help me to develop a detailed and individualized plan to work through in follow-up sessions.
As an experienced counselor, I am able to adjust and pivot according to my client's needs. There is no one size fits all approach in counseling and I treat each person uniquely based on what their individual needs.
