We all live in a world that can cause us to feel isolated, disillusioned, and even hopeless at times due to harmful societal constructs, personal relationship issues, life transitions, and countless other challenges. As a therapist it is my goal to meet my clients wherever they are at to facilitate the creation of new narratives in their life which bring them hope, resilience, and empowerment. I believe we all have the ability to deconstruct and reconstruct the stories that shape our lives in a way that brings us clarity and peace.
I currently offer individual and family sessions. I enjoy working with parents and their children as they navigate challenging life transitions and milestones, as well as individuals who would like to gain more confidence, hopefulness, and fulfilment. I utilize approaches from Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy.
