I enjoy working with clients of all stages of life from toddler to adulthood. I work with individuals and families. I help clients address issues such as anxiety, trauma, depression, problematic behavior, parenting, and interpersonal stressors. I help them work through their stressors to find peace and healthier functioning.
I am member of AAMFT. I am trained to work with children in play therapy. I also help teens navigate anxiety and trauma. In addition, I am passionate about working with survivors of abuse to find healing and restoration.
I am a warm and empathetic person. I will listen openly to your stories and accept you for who you are. I believe that connection made in safe relationships help heal us more completely than trying to do it on our own. In therapy I work to assist clients to develop new skills while recognizing and strengthening tools they already carry.
