Rather than feeling resentful or angry, you could be feeling energized and optimistic. I will help you become more confident and secure, able to set and maintain healthier boundaries, and experience more fulfilling relationships. One of my primary specialties is helping women through infidelity and betrayal trauma.
I listen and support you every step of the way. I help you get to the root of what's troubling you or keeping you stuck, and together we will work on processing painful events, exploring unhealthy patterns and thoughts, and finding healing. I can assist you in making peace with the past and moving forward with hope and clarity.
