I became passionate about perinatal mental health and supporting children and families during my own journey through pregnancy and motherhood. In addition to my lived experience, I am experienced in treating perinatal mood/anxiety disorders, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and building patenting skills. I am knowledgeable in attachment-based therapy methods, infant and early childhood mental health, as well as treating anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, and neurodivergence. I utilize evidenced-based approaches to support parents in fostering healthy development and positive relationships with their children and themselves.
