Telehealth only. I am a holistic trauma therapist. I utilize Ego State work, Internal Family Systems, Compassionate Inquiry, and other approaches, with EMDR to address traumas big and small. I help people understand how their health and mental health are connected from a holistic and naturopathic lens. I myself have healed from several chronic and autoimmune conditions that came with mental health symptoms. This journey shaped my perspective as a therapist.

I am passionate about EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapy and I have training in providing EMDR for all ages. I utilize CBT, DBT and Compassionate Inquiry as well.
