Have you decided it's time to release those old limiting beliefs & learn to love yourself wholeheartedly? Are you giving so much of yourself to others or your work that you have little left in the tank for you? I'm glad you're here. As a certified EMDR therapist, I help people with experiences like these every day. My two main specialties are: a.) Supporting women healing from traumatic experiences, such as sexual trauma, narcissistic abuse, relationship violence, natural dissasters, accidents, etc. b.) Working with women who experience over-thinking, self-doubt, perfectionism, anxiety, overwhelm, people-pleasing, and more.
My approach to treatment is evidence based & holistic. I offer proven therapies backed by research. Having a deep appreciation for the amazing interconnectedness of our emotional, mental, physical, social, & spiritual health, I can also teach you a variety of holistic strategies to help you reach your therapy goals more quickly and effectively.
I understand the importance of finding a therapist who is a good fit; ask about a free consultation, even if you're simply considering joining my waitlist. I'm honored to walk beside each of my clients on their personal path to healing. If you’re ready to step into your best self, feel free to contact me for more information. Be well!
