I am a New Jersey and New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has provided support to individuals, couples and families for over 22 years. In that time I have had the privilege to assist clients in working through issues surrounding self-esteem and self-worth, relationships, anxiety, trauma, grief and bereavement, parent coaching and support, life transitions, work stress, and physical illness. I truly believe effective psychotherapy provides us with comfort, insight and the tools to help find balance in our lives. .
First and foremost, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space for my clients to feel comfortable sharing. A space where clients can learn more deeply about themselves, better understand their thought process and how it affects their behaviors, choices and interactions with others.
