Beth Sharlow is a clinical social worker who has been practicing in the mental health field for over 20 years. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in psychology and from Eastern Michigan University with an MSW. Her educational and professional experience has been in the fields of mental health, chemical dependency , crisis services, case management, and administration. Beth Uses a variety of approaches with her clients, including Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness-based CBT, Solution-focused therapy, and Trauma therapy.

In her spare time, Beth enjoys bird-watching, golf, hiking, travel, reading, and music.
