Sometimes I suggest experiments to try that can help you learn; as well as the time to discuss and work to resolve your distress.
Our focus is what is important to you. Your hopes and dreams as well as feelings, thoughts and physical sensations as you move, stand and sit, inform our time .I have drawing implements, balls and creative toys in my office and sometimes our work feels like playing.
If you have grown up with extreme hardships and traumas, this may cause you daily difficulties. You may not have as many skills or as much resilience as others. Overall, we work on what you need to learn and resolve for you to thrive in your life, not just survive.
