I am currently accepting clients for telehealth appointments. I am an experienced clinician in the field of social work. I provide confidential, competent and caring psychotherapy. I work with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, acute stress, trauma, and stress management in adults over 18 years of age. I most often utilize cognitive behavioral, cognitive processing, acceptance commitment, and gestalt theories. I believe mindfulness can help support and guide the process.
I help my clients to explore and discover their potential and to undertake the journey to whole-self-ness and to recognize new strengths and self awareness. My scope of practice is with adults for individual, couples and group methods.
