I am a licensed professional clinical counselor who has worked in a mental health agency for over 20 years and an Employee Assistance Program for almost 10 years. I primarily work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I focus on working with teens and adults, using different therapeutic approaches to help my clients.
