Hi, my name is Beth and thank you for visiting my page! My clinical practice focuses on individual, couples, and family therapy. Drawing from my rich life experiences. I employ a collaborative, strengths-based approach to helping clients uncover their strengths and assets that lead to healthy solutions.
Before becoming a resident therapist I worked in infectious disease prevention overseas, traveling the world, forging connections with diverse groups to solve complex health issues. I was fortunate, through this work, to strengthen my ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds and make my clients feel safe to share in a nonjudgmental space.
To address my diverse clientele, I utilize a mix of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as family systems, psychodynamic and attachment theories, and CBT. I have experience working with mood disorders, self-harm, sexual abuse, trauma, substance abuse, relationship issues, grief, and other life challenges.
