I work with clients who are eager to learn about themselves and how to achieve authentic joy and happiness in their lives but are feeling stuck on how to get there. I work with clients feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, and pandemic burnout. I offer college student support as well as for those dealing with big life transitions or wanting to learn more about how to manage their important relationships. I have a heart for new moms, parents, as well as individuals struggling with anxiety or depression. I have a true passion for adolescents and adults as they discover who they are and what is important to them as individuals.
My clinical experience and training include community mental health, school-based therapy, inpatient and residential care, as well as private practice. I have over 10 years experience working with adolescents, adults, and their families in these settings. It is a true pleasure to be present with my clients.
