If you could embody all of your identities without shame and judgment - who would you be? Much of my work has been centered around neurodivergent, transgender teens. and LGBTQAI2S+ individuals. I enjoy working with all neurodivergent humans trying to navigate ADHD, executive dysfunction, low self-esteem, and identity formation & expression. As a queer therapist, I understand the safety and security needed to create a healing relationship. I also assist with psychedelic integration for individuals processing the larger meanings derived from healing mystical experiences and life transitions.
My passion is to help humans cultivate grounded, emotionally intelligent, abundant lives. Therapeutically, my approach is based in acceptance + authentic curiosity + compassion. I employ Experiential techniques and an Attachment-based lens to get to the core of negative beliefs that hold us back from being the person we want to be.
So often on our life’s journey we are faced with challenges we don’t understand or struggle to overcome. This is where I help you make sense of it all. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore areas of yourself or relationships that would otherwise feel too vulnerable without the safety & guidance of our therapeutic relationship.

Neurodivergent Queer Adults
Beginning mid-August 2024, we will be running our FREE neurodivergent LGBTQAI+ adults group on Thursday's from 6pm-7pm. // Topics Include: -identity exploration & unmasking -communication & relationships -self-care/boundaries/accommodations -building supportive connections -addressing unique challenges that arise from the intersection of being both LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent // We will screen members and add them to the roster as they reach out via text or call.
