Welcome. Searching for a therapist is a brave first step on the path to healing. I am committed to helping people find more productive ways of overcoming obstacles and self-destructive patterns that interfere with living more satisfying lives. In addition to listening, I am interactive. Clients find me to be warm, empathic and easily approachable. I create a safe environment for my individuals clients, couples and groups.
I support individuals achieve satisfaction in their personal relationships. I specialize in all aspects of infertility and pregnancy related issues. Additionally, I treat adults with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I provide couples therapy and assist with enhancing connection. Clients report I provide a proactive, effective, and supportive atmosphere.
I completed my undergraduate and graduate training at the University of Pennsylvania. I am a certified EFT therapist. EFT empirically validated couples therapy and has been shown to out-perform other modalities.
I speak at various conferences for clients and clinicians on topics including infertility, relationship issues, and clinical supervision.
