I work with adults that are struggling with life and are wanting to change, but can't quite get there on their own. I will help you identify your goals and provide specific strategies to achieve your goals, while supporting and problem solving the obstacles that show up.
I am here to offer assistance to those struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, life challenges, trauma, and issues with managing life. I am trained in EMDR and have over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field.
