Hello and congratulations on taking the first step toward emotional self-care! I am here to listen and collaborate with you to build a unique treatment plan that allows you to focus on the things that are most important to you in your life. I am a personable and experienced therapist who will help you to prioritize your needs, identify personal goals and develop strategies to break down the barriers that have been holding you back. I work best with people who are motivated to make changes in their lives even if they are feeling stuck or anxious.
I have experience teaching DBT and CBT skills, ADHD coping strategies, and have Health Coaching and Motivational Interviewing experience. I have a strong background working with adult women. I am currently in training for official DBT and ADHD certification specialities and feel confident that I can help in these areas if needed. I am taking MSW students.
