I’m a psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience. I’m licensed in NY and NJ, and have a general practice working with adults, utilizing a relational model with several body based modalities.
In addition to EMDR, I have training in IFS and SE and often use an integrated approach to address a wide range of issues, centering the body and the nervous system in the work, to help people come back into more regulation.
I am an EMDRIA approved consultant, and a consultant and facilitator for the Parnell Institute. I provide both individual and group consultation for clinicians newly trained in EMDR or looking to deepen and broaden their skills, in both New York City and New Jersey.
