In today’s society, people are often stressed, frustrated, and often at their wit's end with everything that’s going on! At times it seems like no matter what you do nothing is working, but therapy is an option that many people are considering. I offer a safe space for individuals to share their what they are having issues with. There is a link between whole person care which is a direct connection to how one’s mental health affects a person emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. At times one just needs someone to support them in their mental health care challenges and that is what I enjoy doing.
I specialize in mental health care psychotherapy and client advocacy. I spend time with each person and tailor treatment plans for each person. Every individual may, at some point in life, need to have a safe space to share what is going on in their lives. I offer individuals a safe space.
