Everyone has times in their life when they could really benefit from therapy. Taking the first step can be hard but it will help you feel so much better. I am passionate about helping my clients live a happy life and becoming their best self. Many people come to therapy because they feel stuck. I offer a warm and supportive environment to help my clients through their toughest times. I work with children, adolescents and adults struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss. I help clients with adjustment problems, relationship difficulties and life transitions.
I work with clients on identifying and developing healthy ways to deal with stress. My goal is to have clients learn ways to calm themselves in times of heightened stress, feel better inside and eliminate negative thinking patterns. I use play therapy when working with young children.
I have extensive training in providing supportive counseling. I am a board approved clinical supervisor and provide supervision to social workers working toward licensure. Please reach if you would like to see if we are a good fit. That is the most important part!
