Healing isn't easy. My goal is to help you navigate these your concern by developing coping skills, regulating emotions, reducing negative self-talk, and learning communication skills for lasting change. With a background working in community health and private practice, I have worked with individuals, children, and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment, grief, relationship dynamics, school and home concerns.
I work with you, through empathy, acceptance, and evidence based practices. Together, we work on finding ways to verbalize feelings, to process change, set and maintain boundaries, and learn new ways of thinking.
If you are seeking comforting support and healing, I would be honored to work along side you in a safe and non judgmental environment. If you believe we would be a good fit or would like to learn more about me, please email or call.
