My style is warm, empathic, and collaborative. My 15 years as a yoga teacher and massage therapist gives me a unique and deep understanding of wholistic well being. I am committed to evidence-based but applicable to real life approaches, like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Gottman Method, and Attachment Theory.
