I also have a BS in Psychology with a minor in Organizational Leadership and Management from Regent University. I have broad experience in counseling, which has allowed me to work with a diverse group of people from various backgrounds and symptom presentations.
Trauma treatments I have studied include: Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and hypnotherapy. I'm Prepare/Enrich certified to help pre-married and married couples with relationship challenges.
