I love to help people process through and learn from past or current experiences. My goal is for people to have that "light bulb" moment when things start to click and fall into place. I am merely a guide on your journey to self-awareness and appreciation. I will help you to learn to identify your thoughts and feelings, identify what is not working for you and help you develop a way of living that is. healthier and more fulfilling.
My methods of helping is to listen with intent and purpose, challenge what is not working and help you find a better way of achieving healthy goals. I love to do all of this with a little bit of humor and authenticity. I tend to be very real with my clients, so you will not be left guessing what I think.
If this sounds like it would be a good fit, let's talk! Call my office to schedule or send me a quick email with any questions you may have.
