I work with youth, adolescents, emerging adults, and adults on mood (depression, anxiety, anger), identity development, LGBTQIA2S+ concerns, creativity difficulties (professional and expression), ADHD, and family of origin difficulties.
I work from a trauma-informed, intersectional feminist, social justice, and holistic framework, with training in music therapy, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches. I use creativity and techniques tailored to each client to help understand the importance of identifying and honoring all of the intersectional identities that impact you in our complex world.
I am strong believer in the importance of honoring all parts of an individual to help them live their most authentic life. I am a creative person who tends to look at a story in a variety of ways to help understand and learn from all of our experiences, the good, bad, and beautiful.
