My approach is eclectic and based on your specific needs, often incorporating Emotion Focused Therapy, which grew out of Attachment Theory. I can help my clients identify patterns that cause negative outcomes. I will create a safe space where clients can have new emotional experiences that can be healing and improve their relationships.
