My role is to be a guide to help you tap into yours as we work through the journey of healing together, using a collaborative approach. I specialize in trauma, bereavement, relationship struggles and perinatal health. In my prior work as a birth doula, I had experience in supporting families and helping them navigate the time period around pregnancy, birth, postpartum and beyond.
I enjoy working with teens and young adults, helping them navigate struggles they may have with anxiety, depression and perfectionism.
I use a variety of therapies including EMDR, CBT, ACT, IFS and Motivational Interviewing. I know we all learn and heal differently and so I adjust according to each client and their specific needs and situations. I would love to meet with you and begin this journey together.
