EMDR and Brainspotting therapies help with healing trauma -relational, simple or developmental. Jungian principles help to address states of consciousness and trauma within session. Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT) to promote mindfulness, self regulation, coping and interpersonal skill development.
I specialize in healing trauma and various disorders using EMDR 8 step protocol-EMDRIA approved and Brainspotting -trained in phases 1 and 2.
