I believe that one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. We face many unique pressures and stressors as we discover who we are and what we want. I am passionate about helping manage these challenges that frequently arise within family, friendships, or self-identity.
Therapy is not just for people with mental illnesses, someone grieving a loss, or someone who experienced a trauma. Therapy can reduce stress, improve relationships, and help with decision-making. I view you as an expert on your story. My approach has often been termed “conversational” by clients, who often felt that therapy did not feel like therapy.
