My counseling style is eclectic and relaxed. Although I am relaxed, I do not mind challenging you to reach your goals. I am supportive, encouraging, and not afraid to sit with you during times that are not so “pretty” or hard. I like to highlight and focus on your strengths so that you can rely on them when combating some of your barriers on this journey.
