We understand the frustrations and feelings of powerlessness that can accompany your symptoms. These symptoms are usually due to stress, overwhelm and difficult life experiences including trauma. We are trained in the use of Psychodynamic (Object Relations Theory and Psychoanalytic Theory) methods that emphasize the importance of childhood experiences and our relationships to our primary caregivers. Disruptions and/or traumas in either and/or both can upset our perceptions and create conflicts in the here-and-now.
