If you often laugh at and make fun of your problems while you're crying on the inside, I may be a great fit for you. I offer an environment of humor and warm sarcasm, where you can use any type of "colorful" language that fits for you. I truly enjoy working with people, learning their stories, and helping my clients write a new, happier, and more confident chapter in their life. Life can be overwhelming, and coping strategies that work on a normal day may not work during difficult or traumatic times. I'm here to work collaboratively with you to create a brave space to work through these times and events.
I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy, among others.
I understand that making the decision to seek therapy can be daunting and anxiety-inducing. I'm here to provide a safe, confidential space to talk and work on concerns. I usually have one or two of my three dogs in the office with me. I am currently offering online sessions only.
