Sometimes dealing with grief or trauma can lead a person to feel alone and isolated. I consider it an honor to help break that isolation while walking alongside clients as they navigate the challenges and obstacles life has thrown their way. My passion is working with individuals who have experienced trauma, and I believe that every person’s trauma is as unique as their fingerprint.
I have experience working with people of all ages dealing with grief, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, I have had extensive experience working with survivors of domestic violence and elder abuse and have a specialized certificate in trauma. I am also Gottman Level 1 trained and enjoy working with couples.
Because I believe everyone’s experience is unique, I maintain that their therapeutic treatment must be as well. Therefore, I utilize an eclectic and collaborative approach, tailoring our work to clients’ specific needs and goals. I look forward to working with you on your journey toward healing!
