It can feel safer to live with dissatisfaction than to risk losing the comfort of routine, but avoidance can allow unhappiness to snowball. This can happen at any age. Humans grow and change throughout our lives, which requires maintenance, flexibility, and willingness to tune in to our needs.
I focus on client relationships in order to provide a welcoming space to unpack your inner world, whether in my office or via telehealth. I specialize in working with people who hold marginalized identities such as BIPOC, queers, and those with disabilities. I'm comfortable working with non-monogamy, kink, and nontraditional relationship structures. Be you!
