My clients are often looking for something beyond skills, strategies and a diagnosis. I work best with people who are looking to really sort out what's going on in their lives, and who are interested in potent and lasting change. As an avid climber, skier fisherman, I frequently work with individuals from the climbing, skiing, mountaineering and other outdoor recreation communities. I also work with people who are increasingly concerned about environmental issues or experience climate anxiety, grief or other feelings associated with environmental issues
I specialize in concurrent individual and group therapy to efficiently promote lasting and meaningful change. I also offer family and couples counseling. Throughout all of my work my focus is on supporting clients' ability to engage in rich and meaningful relationships for the and simultaneously improve their overall wellbeing.
