Currently accepting clients. Feeling anxious? Depressed? I specialize and also have extensive training and experience to help with anxiety, depression, stress, parenting, life transitions, and health-related problems (e.g., obesity, chronic illness, tobacco use, etc.).
I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual and integrate a variety of treatment modalities. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I frequently use Exposure Therapy. I was also recently trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions).
I provide both online, and in-person therapy in West Newton and Weston.
