Life is filled with ups and downs, which can be extremely difficult to navigate. I believe that my clients have the ability to persevere through even the toughest of obstacles, despite feeling like doing so is impossible. It is my hope that, through working collaboratively with one another, my clients are able to more effectively navigate the tough and seemingly unbearable parts of life.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in residential, college, and outpatient settings. I draw from several therapeutic techniques, most notably cognitive-behavioral, reality, and brainspotting. Whether struggling with daily stressors, lack of knowing who you are, or the need to process traumatic experiences, I am here for support.
